§ 13.163 AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER.
   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division, and at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to execute and deliver any and all papers required by any bank in accordance with this subchapter, and the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to attest any papers and amendments thereto.
