§ 13.141 DEFINITION.
   The term EMPLOYMENT RELATED COMMUNICATION is broadly defined to include communication by any medium, directly or indirectly, recommending or suggesting the hiring, firing, transfer, promotion, demotion, salary, job benefit or discipline of a specific individual with respect to employment by Metra.
