§ 10.020 BRIEFING MEETING.

   (A)   A briefing may be held by the Board, at its determination, preceding the Board meeting.

   (B)   The agenda composition for such Board briefing meeting shall be:

      (1)   Call to order-roll call;

      (2)   Approval of minutes from previous briefing;

      (3)   Reports:

         (a)   Metra operations;

         (b)   Ridership report; and

         (c)   Such other reports as desired from the Board.

      (4)   Briefing on proposed ordinances and resolution;

      (5)   Adjournment; and

      (6)   Executive session (if necessary as determined by the Board).
