§ 13.114 CEO TO EXECUTE.
   The CEO of the Division is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Division to execute and deliver any and all documents required by any bank in accordance with this subchapter, and the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Division to attest any documents and amendments thereto.
