§ 10.018 CHAIRPERSON TO PRESIDE.
   The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Board. (See § 3B.04 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.04.) In the occasional absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall preside. The Chairperson shall have such other powers as provided by law or by resolution of the Board.
