Actual notice of the time and place of every meeting shall be given to each Director at least 24 hours before such meeting. A Director shall be deemed to have waived notice by attendance at, and participation in, the meeting unless the Director makes a statement at the beginning of the meeting objecting to the notice of the meeting.
