§ 13.072 AUTHORITY TO HIRE AND REVIEW.
   After consulting with the Committee, the CEO shall have exclusive authority to hire, set compensation and terminate the CAO on behalf of the Division and the Corporation. The CEO shall provide the CAO with compensation and written performance reviews consistent with the intervals, standards and forms used and recommended by the Human Resources Department. In hiring and terminating the CAO, the CEO shall give the Committee the opportunity to provide comments. Upon request, the CEO shall distribute the CAO’s performance review and compensation information to the Committee. The CAO and audit staff shall continue to be employees of the Corporation and shall continue to comply with the Corporation’s employment-related rules, policies and procedures.
