§ 13.071 REPORTS.
    No less than quarterly, the CAO shall provide a report to the Board’s Audit Committee of the Whole (“Committee”) on all relevant audits, findings and observations (“reports”). The reports will include an update on the status of the annual audit plan together with an explanation of the basis for changes to the plan.
