§ 13.037 INVESTIGATION RESULTS.
   The OIG’s investigation results shall be handled as follows.
   (A)   If the OIG, upon the conclusion of an investigation, determines that reasonable cause exists to believe that fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, misconduct, nonfeasance, misfeasance or malfeasance has occurred, the OIG shall issue a summary report of the investigation to the Board.
   (B)   If the OIG, upon the conclusion of an investigation, determines that it is appropriate and warranted to refer an investigation to a federal, state or local law enforcement agency, then the OIG shall make such referral and provide a copy of the summary report to the appropriate agency.
   (C)   If the OIG, upon conclusion of an investigation, determines that there is insufficient evidence that fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, misconduct, nonfeasance, misfeasance or malfeasance has occurred, the OIG shall close the investigation.
