The following recitals are hereby incorporated herein.
(A) As a result of a vacancy in the position of Executive Director, the Board (“Board”) of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Metra”) previously adopted Ord. MET 13-18 incorporated herein this section, which addressed certain reporting, signature and approval issues raised by that vacancy.
(B) There exist certain vacancies on the Board.
(C) While the foregoing vacancies persist, the Board wishes to amend and restate by Ord. MET 13-18 incorporated herein this section.
