(A) The CEO is hereby authorized to enter into contracts and amendments for diesel fuel, electricity and natural gas on behalf of Metra and/or the PSA carriers without prior Board approval.
(B) The CEO is further authorized to sign and execute any contract consistent with the intent of this section. In addition, the CEO is hereby authorized to take such action as he or she deems necessary to implement, enforce and administer this section.
(C) The cumulative duration of any contract and amendments pursuant to this section shall not exceed a term of 60 months.
