(A) The Executive Director shall provide a monthly report to the Board that details personnel actions with respect to non-contract employees.
(B) The monthly report shall include all material actions with respect to non-contract employees, including new hires, promotions, separations, any increases in compensation or salary and any material increases in benefits, including contributions to 401(k) and 457 deferred compensation programs.
(C) The Chairperson of the Board and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of Metra, are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce this section.
