§ 12.104 MEMBERSHIP.
   The Board Safety Committee will consist of five members, of which at least two shall be Board Directors and one of said Board Directors shall serve as the Committee Chair. The Chairperson of the Metra Board may serve as an ex officio member of the Board Safety Committee.
