§ 12.102 SCOPE.
   The scope of Board Safety Committee includes the following:
   (A)   Interact with Safety Department personnel via the use of work groups consisting of at least one Committee member with a report back to the full Board Safety Committee during the Board Safety Committee’s meetings; and
   (B)   Respond to inquiry/investigation requests that are addressed to the Board Safety Committee, which shall be assigned to a Board Safety Committee member for further action, as necessary.
