§ 12.101 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the Board Safety Committee includes the following:
   (A)   Provide a direct channel of communication between Safety Department and the Board to encourage and ensure that the safety of employees, riders and the public generally are the basis of all Board actions; and
   (B)   Inquire/investigate safety issues as requested by Metra Board members or Metra staff.
