It is the policy of Metra to comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations and guidelines regarding environmental impacts. In particular, this policy is applicable to the assessment and mitigation of noise and vibration impacts for Metra projects seeking federal funding. It is Metra’s intent that this policy be consistent with relevant federal procedures, guidelines, regulations and criteria, all as may be revised from time to time.
