(A) The Board of Directors of the CRD finds it desirable to obtain federal revenues for the operation of commuter rail services. Therefore, the Board hereby adopts the attached noise and vibration mitigation policy dated August 5, 2002 (“policy”).
(B) The Chairperson of the CRD and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the CRD are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the CRD to execute and to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and amend the policy on behalf of the CRD.
