§ 112.030 INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS.
   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the Indemnification Agreement for North Chicago Pedestrian Crossing (“indemnity agreement”) between the Commuter Rail Division and the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company.
