§ 112.002 REQUESTING PARTY TO PAY FOR INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION.
   The party requesting any new or expanded use of a private crossing right will pay for the installation of gates, lights and bells (if such do not already exist at the crossing), or, in the alternative, will pay for the construction of an overpass or underpass.
