(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the Public Transportation capital grant agreement (“grant agreement”) among the Commuter Rail Division, the City of Joliet and the County of Will.
(B) The grant agreement, in a form substantially similar to the attached copy, is hereby approved.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to execute and deliver said grant agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto, and the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to attest said grant agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto.
(D) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce said grant agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto.
