(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the conclusion of the family fare demonstration program.
(B) The Commuter Rail Division hereby authorizes the family fare program, a description of which marked as Exhibit A is attached hereto the ordinance codified herein and specifically made a part hereof, as a permanent feature of the present structure of commuter rail fares.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and effect this change.
