(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the conclusion of the short trip travel pricing demonstration program.
(B) The Commuter Rail Division hereby authorizes the short trip fare program, a description of which marked as Exhibit A (incorporated in paragraph (D) below) is attached hereto and specifically made a part thereof, for a period of one-year through and including July 31, 1987.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and effect this change.
(D) Exhibit A short trip travel pricing: the short trip travel pricing program establishes fares between adjacent fare zones to rates equivalent for travel within a fare zone. The program applies to all ticket types and to all classes of riders
