(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the conclusion of the ten-ride ticket discount demonstration program.
(B) The Commuter Rail Division hereby authorizes the ten-ride ticket discount program, which involves a 15% discount from ten times the equivalent one-way rate, as a regular feature of the present structure of commuter rail fares.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and effect this change.
