§ 111.053 FARE REVENUE LOWER THAN BUDGETED.
   All plan revenues received for any plan year shall be used by Metra solely to finance, construct or acquire public transportation facilities (as that term is defined in the Regional Transportation Authority Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/1.01 et seq.) identified in the then current Metra five-year program approved by the RTA.
