   (A)   By January 1, 2013, the proposed regional interagency fare policy will be submitted to the Service Boards as required by legislation.
   (B)   The Service Boards then have 90 days to review and approve, or comment and object to, the proposed policy.
   (C)   During this review period, RTA will work with the Service Boards to incorporate the principles of the policy into intergovernmental agreements governing interagency fare products and revenue allocation.
