(A) Ordinance.
(1) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division hereby approves the revision to fares applying to zone one and zone two travel on the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad (Electric) as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and specifically made a part of this section
(2) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and effect such fare revisions.
(B) Exhibit A.
(1) Illinois Central Gulf Railroad (Electric) fares are to be revised to be in accord with regionwide fare rates and policies, including rates and policies that apply under the “short trip travel pricing” and “ten-ride ticket discount” fare demonstrations.
(2) Specific changes are as follows:

(b) 1. Fare zones:
a. Zone one - All stations between (and including) 27th Street and Randolph;
b. Zone two - All Main Line stations between (and including) 79th Street and 47th Street; and
c. Zone two - All South Chicago Branch stations between (and including) 91st Street and Stony Island Avenue.
2. This fare change is to become effective on August 1, 1985
