§ 111.018 AUTHORIZING PUBLIC HEARINGS TO ZONE ONE AND ZONE TWO FARES.
   (A)   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority hereby authorizes public hearings on proposed revisions to zone one and zone two fares on the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad (Electric), such public hearings shall be held in the City of Chicago, with times and locations to be specified in forthcoming legal notices.
   (B)   These hearings are authorized in compliance with 70 ILCS 3615/5.01.
