The Committee will consist of five members of the Board, appointed by the Board Chairperson. The Chairperson may serve as an ex officio member of the Committee. The Chairperson will appoint the Chair of the Committee. In the absence of the Chair at a meeting of the Committee, the Committee will elect a temporary Chair for that meeting. A member of the Committee may be removed for cause by the Board Chairperson upon consent of the Board.
