(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby adopts the fare structure for the Chicago, South Shore and South Bend Railroad, previously adopted by the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District on October 25, 1985, and attached to this section, effective November 22, 1985 at 12:01 a.m.
(B) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division hereby adopts the revised timetable for the Chicago, South Shore and South Bend Railroad as attached to this section, effective December 1, 1985 at 12:01 a.m.
