(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the drafting of an administrative agreement (“agreement”) for the link-up ticket program between the Commuter, Rail Division, the Chicago Transit Authority and the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority.
(B) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to execute and deliver such agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto in a form acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division, and the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to attest such agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce such agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto.
