(A) The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the proposed link-up agreement (“agreement”) between the Commuter Rail Division, the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority and the Chicago Transit Authority for the purpose of reinstating the link-up pass fare program for commuters.
(B) The agreement, in a form substantially similar to the attached copy, is hereby approved.
(C) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to execute and deliver said agreement, and the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to attest said agreement.
(D) The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce said agreement.
