(A) The policy set forth below regarding the establishment of on-board lavatories shall replace the policy set forth under Ord. MET 03-33:
(1) The Executive Director shall direct staff to take all reasonable steps to achieve and maintain, on each line, lavatory facilities in 50% of the gallery car fleet and 50% in the EMU car fleet; and
(2) Cars with bathroom facilities be clearly marked on the outside of each car.
(B) The Executive Director is hereby authorized to implement this policy by all means reasonable and necessary and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
