§ 110.015 EXTRA CHARGE FOR CASH FARE.
   (A)   Effective 12:01 a.m. April 29, 1990, the extra amount charged when a cash fare is paid on the train (except from a station at which no ticket agent was on duty) shall be $1.
   (B)   The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to take such action as he or she deems necessary or appropriate to implement and administer this section.
