§ 92.006 AUTHORIZATION TO TAKE ACTION TO THE ADVANTAGE OF METRA.
   The CEO/Executive Director is authorized to take such action as necessary or appropriate to accomplish the acquisitions authorized herein accordance with the law that is most advantageous to Metra’s program, with price and other factors considered.
