§ 92.005 RFPS TO REQUIRE SUBMITTAL OF STATE CONTENT PLAN.
   To the extent permitted, the RFPs shall contain a requirement for the submittal of a state content plan for the purposes of generating employment for state taxpayers, to stimulate the state economy and to regenerate monies expended in labor within the area where Metra receives its funding.
