§ 92.003 PROCEEDING WITH RFPS FOR PASSENGER RAIL CARS AND LOCOMOTIVES.
   The Board authorizes the CEO/Executive Director to proceed with RFPs, conforming to the RTA Act and Metra’s procedures, for passenger rail cars and locomotives.
