§ 92.002 AUTHORIZING RFPS AND TWO-PHASE DESIGN/BUILDING SELECTION PROCEDURE.
   Under § 4.06 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act (the “RTA Act”), being 70 ILCS 3615/1.01 et seq., it is the Board’s responsibility to authorize both the request for proposals “RFP” procurement method for rolling stock, as well as to authorize the use of a two-phase design/build selection procedure for design and construction of a specific project.
