The Executive Director is authorized to settle any claim or lawsuit involving remedies that are not primarily monetary in nature. Any such settlement must be upon the written recommendation and concurrence of the General Counsel. The Executive Director is authorized to sign all documents to effectuate this authority. The Executive Director is authorized to delegate all or any portion of this authority to the General Counsel, and, in such case, the General Counsel is authorized to sign all documents to effectuate this authority. Any such settlement by the General Counsel must be upon the written recommendation of a senior supervisor within the General Counsel’s office.
