§ 90.002 AUTHORIZATION TO TAKE ACTION.
   The Executive Director is authorized to take such action as the Executive Director deems necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce the terms of all documents, whether signed under the authority of this chapter or under authority of the Board.
