§ 74.017 RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERPRETATION.
   (A)   The [Assistant Treasurer] CFO is responsible for the interpretation of this policy. Matters regarding legal interpretation will be referred to the General Counsel by the [Assistant Treasurer] CFO.
   (B)   Any matters which cannot be resolved at this level will be brought to the Executive Director for disposition.
