(A) Amendments to the rules and regulations may be made by a majority of the Fund Advisors at any meeting. Proposed amendments must be put in writing and circulated to the Fund Manager and Fund Advisors at least three business days before a vote is taken on them.
(B) The Fund Manager is responsible for keeping an accurate and current copy of these rules and regulations, as amended from time to time.
