Pursuant to § 1.6 of coverage A of part II of the agreement (page 18), each participating entity, acting through its Fund Advisor or the Fund Manager, as appropriate, may issue certificates of self-insurance to any party to which it is obligated to issue such a certificate. The certificate shall be substantially similar to Form C (attached). Each participating entity shall file with the Fund Manager and keep current the names and signatures of persons authorized by the participating entity to issue such certificates of self-insurance. The participating entity shall also retain in its files copies of all such certificates of self-insurance that it issues.
