§ 73.043 MANAGEMENT OF CLAIMS.
   (A)   Each participating entity shall be responsible for management of all claims against that entity for damages arising out of any occurrence or wrongful act.
   (B)   For any occurrence or wrongful act involving claims against two or more participating entities, the participating entities agree to cooperate in the management and resolution of these claims.
