(A) Pursuant to § 4.4 of part I of the agreement (page nine), the Fund Manager shall draw up an annual budget for management and administration of the Fund. The proposed budget for each year shall be given to the Fund Advisors by December 1 of the preceding year, and it shall be placed on the agenda for discussion at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Fund Advisors and Fund Manager.
(B) The proposed budget for 1987 shall be given to the Fund Advisors by July 1, 1987.
