(A) On or before April 1 of each year, the Fund Manager shall report in writing to the Fund Advisors and to each participating entity the information for the preceding occurrence year described in §§ 5.2 and 5.3 of part I of the agreement (page 12).
(B) The Fund Manager shall distribute copies of the annual audit report for the preceding annual accounting period to the Fund Advisors and to each participating entity, as prescribed in § 4.6 of part I of the agreement (page 11).
(C) Reports for the October 1, 1986 to December 31, 1986 occurrence year and accounting period shall be made by July 1, 1987.
