§ 73.037 APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE AND AUDITOR.
   Pursuant to § 4.4 of part I of the agreement (page nine), the RTA, acting through the Fund Manager, shall appoint a Trustee to hold the fund for the purposes provided for in the agreement. Pursuant to § 4.6 of part I of the agreement (page 11), the RTA, acting through the Fund Manager, shall arrange for an annual audit of the Fund.
