Pursuant to § 4.3 of part I of the agreement (page nine), the Fund Advisors and Fund Manager shall meet quarterly during the year. The Fund Manager shall send notices of the time, date and place of the quarterly meetings to the Fund Advisors and the Executive Directors of the participating entities. Special meetings may be called in accordance with § 4.3 of part I of the agreement (page nine). All meeting notices shall be given at least three business days prior to the date of the meeting. The Fund Manager shall preside at all meetings and keep minutes. Unless otherwise agreed by a majority of the Fund Advisors and Fund Manager present and voting at any meeting, all meetings of the Fund Advisors and Fund Manager shall be conducted according to the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order.
