The Fund Manager shall be appointed by the RTA, as prescribed by § 4.2 of part I of the agreement (page nine). Fund Advisors shall be appointed by PACE, CTA and METRA respectively, as prescribed by § 4.1 of part I of the agreement (page eight). The Fund Advisors shall advise the Fund Manager with respect to administration of the plan and the Fund and shall have other duties as described in the agreement and in these rules and regulations. The Fund Advisors shall also serve as liaisons between their respective service Boards (or Executive Directors) and the Fund Manager.
