§ 73.022 CHAIRPERSON AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT.
   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Board and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division, are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver said amendment, and the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to attest said amendment.
