§ 73.020 AMENDMENT AUTHORIZED.
   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the proposed amendment (“amendment”) to the Articles of Agreement, Loss Financing Plan dated October 1, 1986, to include all trustees of the RTA pension trust agreement.
